Who: My Mom, Julie. Doesn't she have a beautiful smile?

Where: Mom and Dad's House
What: My Meme (my Momma's Mother) passed away and I was given a quilt top she had made when she was 9 years old. It was hand stitched together from what I'm sure was just scrap fabric. This would have been made around 1922. I took the quilt top and finished it for my Mom for Christmas. It was a very personal project for me. I could see every little stitch she made by hand. Working on this made me miss her so much but I felt so close to her finishing what she had started.
