When spring comes it brings with it a sense of renewal. This time of year I tend to (with out thinking) eat better, get more active and just start living a little healthier. Last April I did a 30 day Yoga challenge and it really got me back into being active everyday. Through the winter I must admit I get a little lazy. This April I'm going to do it again.
I do this challenge through the site Do You Yoga. The sessions are only 10 to 20 minutes long so they are easy to fit into my schedule. Other great people I have followed for online yoga are Tara Stiles and Yoga with Adriene.
